Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The plan and the free trial

Rasid Basic costs Rs 5,000 a month. Every new business starts with a 7-day free trial. The trial is free and needs no payment details — nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.

2. Paying

When you subscribe, you pay through Safepay's secure checkout. You're charged Rs 5,000 straight away, and then on the same date every month until you cancel. Rasid never sees or stores your card details.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, yourself, in the app: More → Billing → Cancel subscription. It takes effect straight away — you won't be charged again — and you keep full use of Rasid until the end of the month you've already paid for. After that you can still sign in to see your sales and invoices, but you can't record new sales until you subscribe again.

You can also ask us to cancel for you by email or WhatsApp; we do it within one working day.

4. Refunds

Monthly payments aren't refundable, including for part of a month you didn't use — cancelling stops future payments instead. We refund a payment in full when something went wrong:

• you were charged twice for the same month — Rasid notices this and refunds the extra payment automatically;
• you were charged after you cancelled;
• you were charged because of a mistake on our side.

To ask for a refund, go to More → Billing → Request a refund in the app, or contact us, within 30 days of the payment. We reply within two working days. An approved refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Safepay; how soon it shows up depends on your bank.

5. Delivery of the service

Rasid is online software — nothing is shipped to you. You can use it as soon as you sign up, on the web at tryrasid.com and in the Rasid Android app. A subscription is active as soon as Safepay confirms your payment, usually within a minute. If anything stops you from using Rasid, contact us.
