What we collect

• Your account: your name, and the email address or mobile number you sign in with
• Business details: name, type, address, phone
• Tax details: NTN/CNIC, STRN, FBR registration status
• Sales records you enter: items, amounts, customer names
• Your FBR security token, if you connect one

How we use it

To let you record sales, show your own reports and history back to you, and — once you've connected a real FBR token — to transmit your invoices to FBR on your behalf, as FBR's Digital Invoicing rules require. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone besides FBR and the infrastructure providers that host this app (database and hosting providers).

If you use “Read a bill photo” on the sale screen, that photo (and your product names, so items can be matched) is sent to Anthropic, whose Claude AI reads it. Rasid doesn't keep the photo. Don't use it if you don't want the photo to leave Rasid.

Payments

Subscriptions are paid through Safepay's own secure checkout. Your card or account details go to Safepay, never to Rasid; we only learn whether a payment went through, its amount and date. Safepay handles them under its own privacy policy.

How it's protected

Your FBR security token is encrypted before storage (AES-256-GCM) and never shown back to you in full. Other data is stored in a managed database. This app is in private beta — treat it accordingly, and don't store anything here you wouldn't want in a tool that hasn't yet had a full security review.

To help you with a problem, Rasid's support may look at your account exactly as you see it, read-only — nothing can be changed that way. Every such look is recorded.

Your choices

You can delete your account yourself in the app: More → My account → Delete my account. If you own a business, it is deleted with your account, including its sales records and any stored FBR token. Invoices FBR has already accepted are tax records, so those are kept, locked, with the business's name and details; everything else is deleted.
